VOLUNTEERS from the Prince’s Trust have worked tirelessly to make improvements to Eaglestone Activity Centre in a huge project.

Dozens of people from the Trust’s MK45 team gave up their time to improve the centre both inside and out.

The centre boasts a squash court as well as a multi sports room with changing rooms and shower facilities.

Outside there is a five-a-side and basketball court as well as a large function room with optional kitchen. There is also a large conference room.

Before the transformation the outside area looked tired and a bit rundown with tyres littering the area, and the grass looking overgrown. Inside the centre some of the rooms were in need of some work.

However the volunteers pulled out all the stops to complete the transformation and they have been very pleased with the positive outcome.

The Eaglestone Activity Centre was officially opened last week and now people are already starting to use the area and enjoy it.
