Sainsbury’s, Milton Keynes were proud to hand over a £1000 cheque to their Charity of the Year, The Milton Keynes Bereavement Service.

Colleagues have been busy raising money for their chosen charity by singing, Halloween activities, Name the Teddy, Coffee Mornings and Guessing How Many Out of Date Tables in a jar.

Nick Wynne, store manager, said “We’ve had a great start to this year’s campaign and we thought it would make a great Christmas present to present them with a cheque this time of year. We are planning many activities in the new year and the Bereavement Service is such a worthy charity to support. I would like to thank both customers and colleagues for their donations so far.”
