A new trailer has been released for the Benedict Cumberbatch film The Imitation Game, which was partly shot in Milton Keynes.

The film is a historical drama about the life of computer scientist Alan Turing, a key figure in cracking Nazi Germany’s Enigma code that helped the Allies win the Second World War.

Turning was part of the top-secret Government Code and Cypher School at Bletchley Park, during the darkest days of the war.

The move tells Turning’s life story, from his school days, to his wartime work, his criminal conviction for being homosexual, and his death aged 41.

As well as Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role, the film also features Keira Knightley, Matthew Goode (Watchmen) and Charles Dance (Game Of Thrones).
