Burglar takes cash from Walnut Tree home

A burglar climbed over a garden fence and smashed a hole in a back door before stealing cash from a home in Walnut Tree.

The offender struck at 10.20am on Wednesday, March 4 at an address in Pimpernel Grove

It is believed the offender walked through the wooded area between Pimpernel Grove and the H9 towards the rear garden of the property. He then left by foot towards Highgate Over.

He is described white, aged between 14 and 25, between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 9ins, slim, and wearing a blue tracksuit with a white pattern on the top with the hood up. When walking into Highgate Over he was carrying a white carrier bag.
