CCTV released after robbery

Thames Valley Police has released a CCTV image of four people it is looking to identify in relation to a robbery in central Milton Keynes where a man was attacked and had his personal property stolen.

The incident happened shortly after 4am on Friday, July 15.

The victim, a 25 year old man, was walking from Xscape towards the theatre district when he realised he was being followed by a group of men as he entered the John Lewis car park area.

They demanded his mobile phone and credit cards and he was struck in the face. The offenders pushed him to the ground and then made off in the direction of Campbell Park.

PC Brian Simmonds who is investigating the incident, said, “this was a vicious attack and I am keen to trace those responsible as soon as possible.”
