Police release picture of dangerous, most wanted man

Police have issued a photo of a man who is currently their most wanted in connection with two assaults in Walnut Tree.

Darren Levy, 31 who is believed to be in the Milton Keynes, Northants or West Midlands areas, is wanted in relation to two assaults, including one where a metal dog chain was used as a weapon.

On Friday, September 7, last year a man had an argument with a woman and a man outside Tesco Express in Walnut Tree around 1.20pm. He then followed them into Studley Knapp, where he assaulted the man and then assaulted the woman using a dog chain.

Milton Keynes Area Commander Superintendent Barry Halliday said: “We want to question Darren Levy in connection with these two assaults, one of which involved using a dog chain as a weapon.

“This man is a dangerous individual, who is on a recall to prison. When he is arrested he will be immediately returned to prison and also charged with assault.

“I would advise the public not to approach this man, but if anyone sees him or knows of his whereabouts, please call us as soon as possible”
