Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a seven-year-old boy was wounded by a dog in Bletchley on Sunday.
At around 3.50pm, the boy was with his parents feeding the ducks at the Blue Lagoon Local Nature Reserve at Bletchley. Nearby was a couple who were fishing, described as being in their late twenties, with two dogs.
One of the dogs attacked the boy, leaving four puncture wounds on his upper arm. The boy was taken to Milton Keynes Hospital and was released after receiving treatment.
The dog is described as having a Labrador body with a Staffordshire face, white in colour with red dots over his fur and is believed to be called Sonic.
PC Atif Karim, of Milton Keynes police station, said; “I’m appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident or who knows the owners to contact me.”
