Thames Valley Police has arrested a 16-year-old boy following an assault on two men in Conniburrow, Milton Keynes, last night.
Shortly before 5pm a 26-year-old man entered a house in Ramsons Avenue where he was attacked.
Shortly after, a second man, aged 32, entered the house and was also attacked, before the first victim was put into a car and driven to woods in the Woolstone area of the city, where he was attacked for a second time.
The alarm was raised when the second victim managed to get free and escape the house.
Officers then located the car used to take the first victim to the woods and the first victim.
One person has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap and assault. He is currently in police custody and being questioned by detectives.
Both victims are currently in Milton Keynes General Hospital in a stable condition.
Police are concentrating on three locations; one in Ramsons Avenue Conniburrow, and two locations in Woolstone where the vehicle was located and a wooded also in Woolstone.
DI Simon Roberts, investigating, said: “We are still searching for other offenders, who we believe may have also carried out the assault.
“I would appeal for anyone who saw anything yesterday evening to contact me via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505.
“We believe the men all knew each other. I have one suspect in custody and officers are currently searching for other suspects.
“I also have a team of detectives working to establish exactly what the motives were for the attack.”
