Woman robbed by two men

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Milton Keynes.

The incident happened on the Redway behind Gunmaker Court, Neath Hill, at around 12.30am on Saturday.

The victim, a 27-year-old woman, was walking along the Redway from Sergeants Green to Gunmakers Court when she saw two men in front of her.

They grabbed hold of her arms and stopped her from walking before demanding money. The victim opened her purse and tipped the contents into one of the offenders’ hands before running off. The offenders then ran off in the opposite direction.

Det Con Wendy Cissell, from Milton Keynes CID, said: “This was obviously a frightening incident for the victim, but fortunately she was not hurt.

“The offenders got away with between £12 and £15.”

The first offender is white, 5ft 10ins, medium build, with dark brown hair which was gelled in the front in a spiky look. He spoke with a local accent and was wearing a dark brown jacket with a front zip and white trainers.

The second man is white, 5ft 9ins and clean shaven. He was wearing a dark blue hooded jumper.
