A FLAVOUR of culinary delights from around the world was dished up by pupils at Long Meadow School on Friday – with a little help from their parents.
The school’s annual Food Fayre gave visitors the chance to sample a range of scumptious foods from countries including Ghana and Brazil as well as the UK.
Assistant headteacher at the school, Rob Morley-Smith, used the day to help teach the pupils valuable lessons about different cultures from around the world.
He said: “The event was held to help raise our children’s awareness of other cultures.
“It gave the wider school community the chance to interact with people and foods from a range of different backgrounds.”
