Penny Canwell was awarded the ‘Care Innovator’ prize for her work in developing a project that connects people with learning disabilities to businesses and organisations in their community, while Simon Dawes was presented the ‘Frontline Leaders Award’ for the quality of care he and his team provide at one of MacIntyre’s supported living services.

Naomi Matcham, Head of Operations, said: “I am thrilled that MacIntyre has been recognised in this way.

“Penny and Simon have demonstrated exactly the right mix of outstanding service delivery and genuine commitment to innovation that underlines MacIntyre’s dedication to providing the highest quality, personalised care to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities.”
