Drivers still in hospital five days after head-on collision

Drivers injured in a head-on collision last week are still in hospital five days after the crash.

On Thursday, at 7.54am a grey Peugeot 107 and a black Ford Fiesta collided on the V4 Watling Street, Knowlhill, between H6 Childs Way and H7 Chaffron Way.

A 62-year-old man who was driving the Peugeot sustained a fractured leg and abdominal injuries, while the Ford Fiesta driver, a 38-year-old woman, had bruising and cuts.

They both remain in Milton Keynes Hospital where they are being treated for their injuries.

A red Volkswagen Polo was also struck, but the driver was not injured.
