Event will honour Milton Keynes woman who lost her leg playing sport she loved

The event will support Gracie Matthews, who lost her leg playing for Bletchley Ladies Rugby Club in March last year.

The venue is historic Wilton Hall in Bletchley, which is a notable wartime building and has hosted many famous bands including the likes of the Rolling Stones in their heyday.

As well as prominent members of Premiership rugby teams, other locally based sporting celebrities will be in attendance on the night.

Kat Merchant, the England Rugby World Cup 2014 Winner, is host and MC for the night.

Gracie Matthews will speak about her life since the accident, which will be showcased by a unique short video hitherto unseen and a definitive film for anyone suffering disability.

The one and only Tony Hadley from Spandau Ballet will perform his classic songs - Tony will be supported by Electric Blues singer/guitarist Jon Collins.
