Timothy Jones, of Broad Street in Newport Pagnell was caught on July 18 last year while fishing at Loughton Lode Lake.
On the same day Robert Okapa of Streatham Road, Bradwell Common was caught at Wolverton Mill Lake.
They appeared before Milton Keynes Magistrates on Friday, January 28 where they were ordered to pay their respective fines, plus an extra £127 each in costs.
Environment Officer, Mick Robinson, said: “Our fisheries bailiffs are visiting fisheries all year round and these cases prove that it can be a costly error for any angler found not to have bought a licence.
“They are also cheating fellow anglers.”
