Five people honoured in Queen’s Birthday Honours List

A NUMBER of people have been honoured by The Queen in Her Majesty’s Birthday Honours List.

John Moffoot, MKC’s Assistant Director of Democratic Services is appointed an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for serving young people and the community in Milton Keynes.

Professor Monica Mary Grady. Professor of Planetary and Space Science at the Open University has been appointed a CBE for services to Space Science.

Mrs Ann and Malcolm Bagnall, co-founders of the Food Cupboard have been awarded the British Empire Medal for services to the community in Bletchley.

Satish Chimanlal Kakkad, Retail Travel Adviser for London Midland at Milton Keynes Central Station has also been awarded the British Empire Medal for services to the Rail Industry.
