Flasher exposes himself to woman on canal footpath

A flasher exposed himself to woman along the Grand Union Canal last week.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a 55-year-old woman was walking along the redway parallel with the canal near Mount Pleasant when she was confronted by a man who exposed himself.

The incident happened on Wednesday, May 13, at around 4pm.

The victim walked away from the scene alongside a cyclist who was travelling past at the time of the incident.

The offender is white, in his twenties and about 5ft 8ins.

He was wearing light coloured shorts, a green top and a light coloured baseball cap with a distinctive flat peak, which he wore backwards.

Investigating officer, PC George Alderton based at Milton Keynes police station said: “I would appeal to anyone who recognises the description of the offender or members of the public with any information about the offence to please contact police via 101.
