THE Arts & Heritage Open Places has been reeling in the visitors in recent days, with a ridiculously large and cool programme of events.
Things wrap up on Sunday, which means there is still time to enjoy some of the varied goodies on offer ( visit www.mksummerofculture.co.uk ) to see what opportunities are still out there.
Meantime, Talk Amongst Yourselves promotions are hosting a closing event, albeit on Saturday.
They have assembled a tasty selection of musical talent from the UK DIY scene, including Gnod, Poino, Ex Easter Island Head, Americans, The Liftmen and SJ Esau...that’s the lippy-looking fella, below.
The sounds start at MK G at 4.30pm and carry right the way through to 11.30pm.
Getting an earful comes at a reasonable price as well – only three quid if you purchase in advance, a quid more on the door.
Call MK 676900.
> THE Annual Service of Thanksgiving for Animals will go ahead on Sunday.
Park in the car park off Livingstone Drive, Newlands for the event, which will be happening at the Tree Cathedral from 3pm.
Admission is free, and as you might expect, your beloved pets will be made totally welcome.
