Expect to be entertained when the city’s Rock Choir performs at Stantonbury Theatre on Tuesday, July 15.
‘Rock Choir – The Choir That Rocks’ is a special, one-off performance which will encompass a mixture of pop, gospel, Motown and chart songs. The audience are sure to find themselves singing along as enthusiastic and talented Rock Choir members belt out classic hits like Heather Small’s ‘Proud’,‘Something Inside So Strong’ by Labi Siffre and Stevie Wonder’s ‘Signed Sealed Delivered’. There will be newer favourites too, including tunes from Adele, Bruno Mars and Olly Murs.
Milton Keynes Rock Choir is led by Cambridge University music graduate Lottie Greenhow – one of 55 Rock Choir leaders nationwide. She will direct members as they sing their hearts out onstage.
Previous performances by MK Rock Choir include Milton Keynes Christmas Lights, Wembley Stadium, the O2 Arena and a recording at Abbey Road Studios.
The performance starts at 8pm and tickets are £12.
