Give a little to help a lot

The Royal National Institute of Blind People has been given the opportunity to run a number of charitable event collections by the Milton Keynes Parks Trust.

Now they are asking for people in the city if they fancy spending a few hours at the following events, while raising money for a great cause.

Volunteers can collect at The Garden Party on Tuesday, June 5, The Big Doggie Do Dog showcase on Saturday, June 30, World Picnic Day on Sunday, July 29 and The Country Fayre on Saturday, September 8.

Charitable collections are a valuable source of income for the RNIB. The money raised from such collections helps to support both children and adults who are blind or partially sighted. Collection times are 10am to 4pm.

Branded materials will be provided, as will telephone training and full support on the day. Out of pocket expenses can also be met.

So if you want to have some fun, meet people and make a difference (if only for a day) please contact Russell Rolph on 01480 355596 or by E-Mail at Russell.rolph@rnib.org.uk.
