On Halloween night, internationally acclaimed story teller, Cat Weatherill will visit the city for an exclusive and ‘terrifying’ story telling evening at Calcutta Brasserie.

The Stony Stratford restaurant will be plunged into darkness for a very special and haunting evening hosted by the spell-binding performer who presents ‘Ghost’ - a collection of dark and brooding tales swept up from the hearthsides of world folk tradition.

Ghost – Whispers in the Dark is described by Cat as “beyond the cosy fireside and the flickering TV screen, there’s another world. It’s dark, shadowy and guarded by ghosts. And that’s where you’re going tonight.”

Cat promises Calcutta’s audience a night of mystery, spine-chilling tales of old and new and a Halloween ‘never to be forgotten’.

On this night, Calcutta Brasserie will turn off its lights and cast shadows on the building’s architecture with candlelight. Guests will be treated to a complimentary ‘spooky’ cocktail reception before taking their seats in the ‘auditorium’. During the first 45 minute performance guests will remain seated and then be invited to dine at the buffet during the interval. The second session will commence to end the evening.

Tickets cost £15.95 and includes entrance, cocktail on arrival, unlimited buffet and the most haunting experience in Milton Keynes.
