Hip Hop Owes Me Money...
Dirty Showbiz
FOLLOWING previous success, the Hip Hop Owes Me Money name brings back the beats this weekend, with Part Three.
Don’t head to Madcap this time though, because things have gone all central, and the big bash is being staged at the ever so useful MKG Project Space in the Theatre District.
Venue change aside though, and it’ll be business as usual, with a nice plump package of the lip smackingly good.
In the main room you’ll be able to enjoy live sets from the two faced Dirty Showbiz, Suspekt UK and J4son, with suitable DJ backup courtesy of Jerome Hill from Fat Hop, True Element’s Kraze One and Tone from Drunken Eejits.
Upstairs, soak up the sounds of the Downtown Allstars, Si & Snowman will melt down the style, along with Andy Browne and The Dub Lions bringing reggae, ska and funk to the fore.
Ernest Herb will also be going live, though not in a Sarah Greene and Philip Schofield way...phew.
Entry is a fiver from 7pm, a licensed bar will keep you nicely lubricated and the sounds will roll through to midnight.
For more information put in a call on 07979 065451.
> We should also make mention that MK Paint Jam will be at work outside the venue during the day on Saturday, with a colourful live graffiti session bound to make a splash.
