Big-hearted housebuilders raised £380 for the British Heart Foundation on Friday (February 6).

Staff at Bellway Homes’ northern home counties HQ in Milton Keynes took part in the charity’s special ‘Wear it Beat it’ day, with more than 50 staff wearing something red and buying special red homemade cakes.

And the directors offered their support by agreeing to serve tea to all the staff too.

Sales director Chris Edginton said: “Our efforts in Milton Keynes were replicated across all of our 15 offices in the UK. The British Heart Foundation is the UK’s number one heart charity, and everyone was very keen to get involved one way or another. It was a great day, and we are all delighted by the amount we raised.”
