A HUGE celebration has been planned to mark the 20th anniversary of the dedication of Christ the Cornerstone Church.
On Friday, March 13, 1992, Queen Elizabeth II was in attendance to witness the dedication two months after the first formal Sunday service was held in the iconic church.
To mark the special occasion, four days of exciting events have been organised for everyone to enjoy.
Beginning on Saturday March 10, popular Methodist Preacher Margaret Baker will be holding a series of lectures and signing copies of her books, with a Catholic Mass rounding out the day.
She will also lead the Service of Holy Communion the following day, Sunday, March 11.
On Monday, March 12, a screening of the Dedication Service will be shown at the church, and the celebrations will close out on Tuesday, March 13 with an Ecumenical Service of Celebration.
