Shoppers visiting Midsummer Place will be able to get free advice at an event this Saturday featuring a Pop-Up Visitor Information Centre.
It will be the first time in more than eight years that the city has had an ‘on the ground’ service and Destination Milton Keynes will be looking to promote the work they do.
Members of the public will be free to come and tell organisers why they love the city on a specially created banner which will then be displayed in a prominent location in the city.
Destination Milton Keynes is still celebrating after the success of #LoveMK Day, which saw the hashtag trending on Twitter, and are hoping that people will come out and share their positive views of the city.
Visitors will also have the chance to win a GRavity vest signed by Olympic gold medallist, Greg Rutherford and meet some of the colourful mascots who represent various city attractions.
At the event, restaurants, hotels and other organisations will be showing why they are attracting more and more visitors and giving away thousands in competition prizes.
Organisers are hoping that the Concrete Cows may finally reveal what they think about Milton Keynes – despite being one of the reasons it is such a tourist hotspot.
The Pop-Up VIC will only be available for one day but people can keep up with all the latest before the event by visiting the Twitter page @DestinationMK or on Facebook at www.facebook.com.DestinationMiltonKeynes.
