MK Lions players made sure their laptops were as fit as they were with a fitness MOT at Staples.
Team chairman Vince Macauley was joined by head coach Michael New and player Ishmael Fontaine to test the free service which aims to make people’s PCs work as fast and hard as the city’s basketball team does.
Store manager Mark Barber said: “We love watching the MK Lions and they use our copy and print centre often to print their match programmes, so we asked them to test out our new free tune-up service.
“It worked. Their laptops picked up a bit of speed and efficiency, which bodes very well for next season.”
The Easytech desk is a new feature for the store, which is based on Grafton Gate East, and has become one of only two in the country.
On top of the free tune-up service the store’s resident PC expert can help customers put together a package to offer advice and troubleshooting to help sort out home PC problems.
Anyone interested in taking advantage of the Staples free tune-up service should call the store on 01908 695276.
People can also send an email to the team on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a free appointment with one of the experts.
