Body of a man pulled from canal in Bletchley

A BODY of a man was found in the canal in Bletchley this morning (Wednesday).

The emergency services were called at around 8.40am to the Grand Union Canal near Pinewood Drive.

The body of a man, believed to be in his eighties, was recovered by the fire service from the water.

Thames Valley Police is not treating the death as suspicious at this stage.
