Burglar disturned after Wolverton house break-in

Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted robbery in Wolverton which saw a man jump out of the victim’s window after being disturbed.

At 6pm on Friday a burglar got into a house on Caxton Road through a rear bathroom window. The victim then got back and saw him jump out of her window and run off towards Trinity Road.

He is described as white, in his late teens to early twenties, small build and short, wearing a dark hooded top.

Detective Constable Chris Oakman, from Milton Keynes police station, said: “The offender ran past a local resident as he fled the scene, we are keen to speak to her.”
