Caldecotte Xperience website up again after ‘Boycott Israel’ protest
The Caldecotte Xperience website has been hacked
THE website of a city outdoor centre which was hacked by an anti-Israeli protestor is back up and running.
The Caldecotte Xperience, which specialises in organising activities for youngsters across the city, has been quick to distance itself from the ‘Boycott Israel’ banner which appeared on its site on Friday.
The website was suspended at the weekend and is now back up and running as normal.
The hacker, ‘imagine-ET-06,’ seemed to originate in Turkey and the writing used was Turkish. Translated it read: ‘Patience Patience Muslim brothers... Sooner or later, divine justice will be served’.
The website, www.caldecottexperience.org.uk, was hacked on Friday morning, along with a large numbers of others using the same host.
At the time, a spokesman for the Caldecotte Xperience said: “A huge quantity of other websites have been done by the same person.
“Caldecotte Xperience doesn’t support the cause being promoted.
“This is very inconvenient as the website has only recently been launched.”
