Car speeds away after hit and run

A DRIVER and passenger swapped places after a road traffic collision in Bletchley on Saturday before speeding away.

At 10.12pm a beige or silver Peugeot 406 saloon and a blue Suzuki Swift were involved in a collision on the Fenny Stratford roundabout at the junction of the A5D with the A4116 Stoke Hammond bypass.

The Peugeot stopped for a moment afterwards so the driver and front seat passenger could swap seats. They failed to supply any details and drove off towards central Milton Keynes on the A5D.

Officers are now trying to trace the driver and the passenger of the Peugeot who are both white men.

Witnesses can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
