This week it was revealed that the charity, which hands out thousands of food parcels to the city’s most needy, will net the proceeds of a raffle set to take place at a gala awards night on May 12.

The event will take place at Jury’s Inn in Central Milton Keynes and will see the winners of the food awards collect their prizes.

The Milton Keynes Citizen backed awards aims to honour the best restaurants, pubs, hotels, gyms and destinations in the city.
