Are you brave enough to abseil 100ft from The Pinnacle, in Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, for a great cause?

Then why not join the Child Bereavement UK challenge on Saturday, May 10.

Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. The charity also runs a Young People’s Advisory Group for bereaved young people in Milton Keynes. It’s an opportunity for people aged 11-25 to get together and meet others who have experienced the death of someone important in their life. The group meets regularly to work on projects to create resources that will help other bereaved young people.

One group participant said: “When we come here we feel safe and can be ourselves. We don’t have to worry about other people saying the wrong thing, and asking questions about our dads.”

The Pinnacle Abseil will take place from 10am and the entry fee is £20. Minimum sponsorship required is £200.

For more information and to register for The Pinnacle Abseil contact Emma Riley on 01494 568912 or email emma.riley@childbereavementuk.org
