Dog owner devastated by heartless hit-and-run driver

Driver continues on after killing precious pet

A woman has been left heartbroken after a callous driver killed her dog, and then sped away.

Taygen Kelleher, from Coffee Hall, was walking her dog Millie on Friday, March 3 and as the dog sniffed in some bushes she carried on walking and rounded the corner close to Kellan Drive.

Miss Kelleher (pictured with Millie) said: "She had not seen me turn the corner and double backed across the road we had just crossed in blind panic.

"I thought she was behind me then I heard the thud and the screams. I understand that this was not entirely the drivers fault as she was in the road, but I need to know that this driver is not completely heartless and it was just an accident."

Anyone with information can contact Miss Kelleher on 07961 757963 or email taygen.kellehermkypp@gmail.com.
