THE city’s famous concrete cows were this week making a moo-ve to promote the Hollywood glitz-style masked ball planned for this summer.

The red carpet event hopes to raise thousands of pounds for Milton Keynes-based Emily’s Star charity. It promises to avoid the usual “stuffy” ball format and appeal to a younger audience.
