Ladies are being invited to join one of the biggest nights of the year in July 2014 as the Midnight Moo returns for the sixth time.

The 10 mile event will return with a multi-coloured theme next year which will hope to reflect the diversity of those who use the hospice on a daily basis.

People who have joined in the fun in previous years are encouraged to get creative with their t-shirts from those past events – giving them as flamboyant a twist as they see fit. New wlakers will receive a new t-shirt when they sign up.

Those taking part need to be at least 14-years-old and the registration fee is £20, with a minimum sponsorship of £100 per person.

“The sixth year of the MK Midnight Moo promises to be a unique and an amazing event with its multi-coloured theme,” declared Paul Hinson, the chief executive of Willen Hospice.

“The previous years’ events have raised over £600,000, providing much needed funds to ensure that Willen Hospice continues to provide free care to the community of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.”

Last year ladies helped to raise £80,000 which was enough to cover the cost of 222 days of specialist care for patients. However, this year a slightly more competitive edge will be placed on the event with prizes awarded for the individual and team who manage to raise the most in sponsorship.

Anyone who would like to get involved with the event can sign up today by visiting www.mkmidnightmoo.com.
