A mother-of-three is taking on a daredevil challenge, when she takes on an aeroplane wingwalk at 500ft.

Joanne, 35, will be walking for 10 minutes along the wings of a plane as it flies at 130mph hundreds of feet above the ground, in a bid to raise £2,000 for Rays Of Sunshine children’s charity.

The Westcroft resident, who is a business director for Domino’s Pizza, will tackle the challenge on Saturday at Damnyns Hall aerodrome in Upminster.

She is also raising money with events including a charity rounders match, cakes sales and a pamper party.

She said: “I am a keen supporter of Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity and think their work is amazing. I want to do my bit to support so what better way than to strap myself to a plane flying hundreds of feet in the air?”
