intu Milton Keynes awarded ‘highest accolade’ in customer service

intu Milton Keynes has been awarded one of the highest accolades in customer service, the Institute of Customer Service ServiceMark.

Hundreds of local people took part in this achievement by filling out surveys and talking to visiting assessors in the Centre about their experiences at intu Milton Keynes.

Martin Hindson, General Manager at intu Milton Keynes, said: “We loved hearing what our customers had to say about their visits to intu Milton Keynes, and we heard some really inspiring ideas about how to continue improving the service we give to our shoppers.

“We want to make sure that every single visit brings a smile to people’s faces. A big thank you to the people of Milton Keynes and all of our staff who made this possible.
