A 21-year-old man was punched in the face four times and robbed on a city redway last week.

Between 8pm and 9pm on Thursday a man knocked the victim’s left earphone from his ear and demanded he hand over the headphones.

The victim was then attacked, causing cuts and swelling to his face, but he did not require hospital treatment and his property was not stolen.

The offender was a white man aged between 16 and 30 years old. He was wearing baggy clothes and a purple hooded top with the hood up and had acne scarring and stubble on his face.
