Man charged in connection with Woburn Sands jewellery store robbery

A MAN has been charged in connection with a burglary at a jewellery store in Woburn Sands in June.

William Hughes, 24, was charged with burglary and appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on Monday. He was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on Tuesday, October 2.

On Friday, June 8 the front window of a jewellery store in the High Street had been smashed with a sledgehammer and items stolen from the window display.
