A man was left with serious facial injuries after being assaulted outside a night club in CMK in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault which took place outside the Buddha Blue club at around 2.20am.
The 32-year-old victim was making a phone call outside club when he was approached by two men.
They asked him if he was ‘OK’ and then without warning, one of the men punched him in the face, causing serious injuries to his face.
The men were both black and in their late 20s or early 30s. One was wearing a burgundy or maroon top with a white motif on it.
Investigating officer, PC James Punter from Milton Keynes police station, said: “This was a totally unprovoked attack on an innocent member of the public.
“We believe there was a taxi driver who witnessed the assault and came to the assistance of the victim. We would really like to speak to him, as he might have crucial information.”
Anyone with information can contact PC Punter via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
