Milton Keynes man in court facing rape and prostitution charges involving a child

A Milton Keynes man has been charged with sexual offences involving a 12-year-old girl.

Asif Hussain, 32, of Rossal Place, Hodge Lea, appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with one count of arranging or facilitating the prostitution of a child.

He is also charged with three counts of rape of a girl under the age of 13.

Mr Hussain was one of eight men who appeared in court following a series of arrests on Tuesday morning.

The 32-year-old is accused of intentionally penetrating the mouth of a child under 13 with his penis on multiple occasions between January 30, 2006 and January 31, 2007.

Between January 30, 2006 and January 31, 2007 Mr Hussain is said to have intentionally penetrated the anus of a child under 13 with his penis on multiple occasions.

During the same period of time Mr Hussain is also accused of intentionally attempting to arrange or facilitate prostitution of a child under 13 to become a prostitute in any part of the world.

He is also said to have intentionally penetrated the vagina of a child under 13 with his penis on multiple occasions.

He was arrested on Tuesday and charged yesterday in connection with warrants carried out in Aylesbury and other towns in Buckinghamshire by Thames Valley Police this week.

Mr Hussain was refused bail and his case sent to Aylesbury Crown Court.

He is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court, sitting at Amersham, on Monday, September 8.
