'Olympics' date for city centre
Big Moo 3 set to be biggest event yet!
With just two weeks to go until the Big Moo the sponsors are milking it for all it's worth.
Now in its third year the festival, which will be held next weekend Saturday July 11 and Sunday, July 12, has gone from strength to strength, growing in popularity and notoriety.
This year's event promises to be one of the biggest and best yet and thousands are expected to flock to Avebury Boulevard and the Theatre District.
On Saturday the award-winning Mascot Olympics will run throughout the day.
Also featured will be performances from world record holder Dan Magness, who will be displaying his skill and tricks after becoming the world record holder for keeping a football off the ground for 24 hours.
Other highlights will be the MK Community Choir, Spectrum Arts singers, Fuzion and an interactive session with the Laughter Club's Jo Eadie.
On Sunday there will be a range of free workshops at the the Avebury Boulevard arena including the MK Parkour Team who will be demonstrating their skills and teaching the basics to anyone who would like a go plus Laughter Yoga sessions.
Also in the main arena on Sunday there will be two displays from the Acorn Dog Training Crufts Team, one of which will kick the festival off at 11.30am.
