Jewellery was stolen from a house in Newport Pagnell on Monday.

Police are appealing for information following the burglary in Welland Drive between 1pm and 7.30pm when offenders gained entry to a garden and smashed a rear patio door to the property.

They stole a quantity of jewellery, including a link bracelet with about 40 shields on it from places including Austria and Holland, and a black Samsung tablet computer in a red case.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone from Welland Drive, including three men seen with a vehicle at around 5.30pm, and a man getting out of a taxi at the time.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact investigating officer detective constable Samantha Reynolds from Milton Keynes police station on 101.
