Police charge man for aggravated burglary

A man has been charged in connection with an aggravated burglary in Milton Keynes.

Andrew Cromwell, 25, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Wednesday charged the next day with one count of aggravated burglary in a dwelling and one count of attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to do grievous bodily harm.

It follows an incident at a property in Chaplin Grove, Crownhill, Milton Keynes on January 28.

Cromwell was remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on March 7.

A 25-year-old man from Milton Keynes and an 18-year-old man from Bletchley have both been arrested in connection with the same incident on suspicion of one count of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug Class B and one count of aggravated burglary.

They have both been bailed until March 22.
