Master chefs at Kiddi Caru

YOUNGSTERS at Kiddi Caru day nursery in Caldecote got their hands dirty as they made pizzas and cakes last week.

Children were able to weigh, measure, touch, smell and taste the different foods they were using to create their delicious treats, before baking and enjoying all over again.

Lucy Clarke, deputy nursery manager, said: “I went to see the children during the activity and they were very all excited about the pizza they were creating.

“One child said I’m putting lots of sauce on mine and peppers, they make you strong!

“But it’s not just the children who have fun – all the team here at Kiddi Caru enjoy the experiences they provide for the children.”
