Road closures announced for Queen’s Jubilee weekend

A NUMBER of roads will be closed across the city over the Queen’s Jubilee Weekend.

A full list has yet to be compiled with many dates and times to be confirmed. On June 2, Cambridge Street in Wolverton will be closed between 11am and 7pm then on June 3, Hanslope High Street will also be closed between 8am and 6pm.

On June 4, Stony Stratfrod High Street will be closed between 10am and 12.30pm, various areas in Woburn Sands will be closed from 11.30am onwards, Longville in Old Wolverton between 9am and 6pm.

South Street in Castlethorpe and a street in Stony Stratford will also be closed on June 4 with times to be confirmed. On June 5 the High Street in Two Mile Ash will be closed between 12pm and 5pm and Hargreaves in Blakelands will be closed with a time to be confirmed.

Wellfield Court in Willen, Waveney Close in Newport Pagnell, Market Hill in Eaglestone, Forrest Rise in Eaglestone, Church Green Road in Bletchley and Frankston Avenue in Stony Stratford will all be closed at some time over the weekend with times and dates to be confirmed
