Robbers abscond with car during break-in at a Milton Keynes house

A car was stolen during a burglary at a house in Milton Keynes.

Police say they aren’t sure how thieves broke into a Swanwick Lane home, but during the break-in a purse, a small amount of cash, car keys, house keys and an iPad were all taken.

The victim’s vehicle, a Volkswagen Passat, registration number beginning VO59, was also taken. The car contained a pushchair and a children’s car seat.

It happened between 11pm on Wednesday, April 30 and 8am on Thursday, May 1.
