Rotary gives MK ACT early Christmas present

Wolverton & Stony Stratford Rotary Club was pleased to present eight televisions to MK ACT and just in time for Christmas.

Coleen Kelly, MK ACT’s Service Development Manager said: “We are extremely grateful to the Rotary Club for these televisions which will be placed in the resident’s rooms at our Refuge. They will be a most welcome addition to the support facilities that MK ACT provides for those in need of temporary accommodation as a result of being at risk or who have actually experienced domestic violence or abuse.”

Rotary Club President Jim Barnes, said: “We fully appreciate MK ACT’s valuable work in Milton Keynes and we are delighted to have been able to support them in this way.”
