As the Winter Olympics reach their peak in Russia, there’s no need for folk in Milton Keynes to feel left out in the cold.
The temporary ice rink set up by by volunteers in the former city centre food hall is still offering public sessions for skaters to practise their skills.
MKICE organiser, David Carmichael, said: “With the Winter Olympics under way, now is a great time to get into ice skating.”
He added: “MKICE isn’t just for figure skaters and ice hockey players. It is a community rink that holds plenty of public sessions for people to enjoy.”
Details of sessions, special events and themed evenings are available on www.mkice.org.
