The future's orange for monkey business

Woman inspired by BBC documentary to help Orangutans

A woman inspired by a BBC documentary is enlisting the help of a few

celebrity friends to help raise money for the Borneo Orangutan Survival

Foundation.

Jaci Warrilow, managing director of Milton Keynes based firm Get Savvy,

is planning to create a book of celebrity photographs and anecdotes

each with their own orange theme.

The first celebrity to be photographed for her book is ex-Coronation

Street actor and star of the Robin Hood series Ian Reddington, who gave

his support after a chance meeting.

Jaci said: "Ian was in Milton Keynes on the other side of a restaurant to me and I simply thought, 'if you don't ask, you don't get'.

"Ian was really interested in my project and offered his support to

which I am so grateful."

Jaci has a long list of celebrity friends that she will be calling upon

soon to help with the book and once the photographs are collected the

book can be published and she can meet her ultimate goal of raising

50,000 for the foundation.

She added: "All those who submit a photo are being gently persuaded to

contribute further with a hand-written poem, doodle or just a few words

on what they feel orangutans mean to them."

If anyone knows a celebrity who may be interested in getting involved

call Jaci on 01908 698939 or email helpbosf@getsavvy.org.
