THREE more people have been arrested as part of Operation Rouse, a major drug operation in and around the city.

A 36-year-old man and a 45-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of supplying a class A drug and a 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in an offer to supply a class A drug.

It brings the total number of people arrested today to 17. Twelve people were arrested first thing this morning and another two later in the day.

A total of 15 warrants were executed this morning under the Misuse of Drugs Act, which involved 120 Thames Valley Police officers.

Three people arrested yesterday as part of the same operation were charged earlier today.

The raids follow on from similar action carried out last Thursday morning, which saw 20 people arrested and 12 charged. Those charged were later committed to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court after a brief appearence at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court.
